Ticino Nautical Association
The Ticino Nautica Association was founded more than 20 years ago as a meeting point for Lake Maggiore boatyards, united by a passion for boating and a desire to promote the industry in the region.
Its activities gave rise to the Ticino Nautica trade show, which later evolved into the current Ascona Boat Show and is now a landmark event for boating enthusiasts in Switzerland. The event originated 20 years ago at the Port of Locarno, then moved to the Piazza Grande, later to Ascona’s Lungolago, and finally settled at the Patrician Port, where it has established itself as a must-attend event for exhibitors and visitors.
